Just thought I would post somethig pretty for a change.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what sort of bird this is.
If anyone can tell me what it is I will send you a little something in the post.
The curiosity is killing me (being a Kat an all!)
Shame the bird is a little out of focus but it's a great close up of the water bowl.... boo!
I have no idea what kind of bird that is, but is is marvelous!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful! No idea what it is - I didn't think we had birds that blue in the UK. It may be a juvenile whose colour will change when it's an adult, but it's the wrong time of the year isn't it? How big is it? The best I could do on the RSPB identifier was Nuthatch but the coulour doesn't look right. Have a look yourself if you like: http://www.rspb.org.uk/wildlife/birdidentifier/
