Listography - Top 5 Things About Summer Holidays

 
I have never joined this linky before but as it is returning after a short break, it seems like an ideal time. It is hosted on Kate Takes 5 every week so pop over on the link and have a look. Here is my top 5 for the hols.
1. Not having to do the school run every day! It always seems to be when the little ones are asleep and I hate having to wake them up.
2. Being able to spend the day at home without rushing off anywhere. baking or gardening and playing with the boys. 
3. Having a day out that all the boys enjoy and not having to be back by a certain time.
4. Having a summer project and having something useful at the end of the holidays. Mainly to occupy the Big One. This summer we are making a play house for the little ones in the garden.
5. Taking lots of photos in the sunshine to make us smile on the dark winter nights.
