Rabbit Pie - A Recipe

I don't normally do reviews but I read this book to the boys at bedtime tonight and I loved it so much I wanted to share it with all of you. If you see it have a read, it's quite lovely.

It is written by Penny Ives and it is called Rabbit Pie, The Perfect Recipe for Bedtime. 

I know, the title made me a little concerned as well but keep reading. 

I think the thing I love most about this book is it is written like a recipe

"Slowly pour in six cups of milk"

"Leave in a warm place until morning"

The pictures are detailed enough for discussion but not too overwhelming.

I find the gentle colours quite easy on the eyes too. 

I just thought it was a lovely, soothing book worth sharing.
