Reasons To Be Cheerful
I'm linking up with Becky at LakesSingleMum with this weeks cheerful reasons. Iove things that make me look for the positive things that happen. We all have so many daily struggles that it is way too easy to forget the good things that happen. I feel like I am making good progress with the house. I have been trying to sort out all our stuff to make more space. I have been recycling, Charity shopping and dumping for all I am worth. I keep reminding myself to think of all the things I've got rid of, rather than what is left to do otherwise I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere.
The boys have been behaving much better over the last few days. I really hope we have turned the corner and can put most of their awful behaviour behind us.
I feel like I am over the worst bit of splitting up with my husband. It seems to have got much easier all of a sudden but I have no idea why. I'm not knocking it though! I am quite enjoying the benefits of being single to be honest. It is so much easier for a start! Also there is less washing and the food bill has halved!! I'm not complaining about that

ReplyDeleteI always think I could fancy the single life and did enjoy the freedom when my OH worked away for a while. You do sound like things are turning for the better and always remember to ease up on yourself. You are doing your best and usually that is just fine.
